Information you provide

Inquiry forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number and the aircraft or purchase information you choose to submit. We use this information to respond, discuss brokerage services and keep appropriate records of those conversations. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.

Website operation

The site uses a first-party session cookie for form security and, for authorized administrators, sign-in. It does not embed advertising trackers, third-party fonts, maps or analytics. Abuse-prevention records use a keyed hash of a network address rather than saving the raw address in the inquiry database. Server or reverse-proxy logs may contain connection information such as IP addresses and requested paths.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are held in the brokerage's private database. Uploaded aircraft media and records are stored on private network storage. Aircraft listing photographs and videos become public when the associated listing is published. Original uploaded photographs and PDF documents are not publicly downloadable from the website. Authorized administrators can access private records.

Service providers and transactions

Hosting infrastructure, an optional reverse proxy and an optional email service may process information needed to operate the site or deliver notifications. Information may be shared with inspection, title, escrow or other professionals when appropriate to an authorized transaction, or where required by law. We do not sell inquiry information through this website.

Retention and requests

Records are retained while needed for the inquiry, a transaction, business recordkeeping or applicable obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained, and deleted live records may remain in restricted backups until those backups expire.

Please do not submit sensitive records

Do not submit bank details, wire instructions, identification documents or full logbooks in a public inquiry. Discuss a suitable record-sharing method directly with the brokerage.

This notice may be updated when the site's practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
